Lake District Photography Course

What to Expect

Join us for a 3‑day photography experience in the Lake District, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its dramatic fells, serene lakes and atmospheric weather. You’ll learn how to capture landscapes, waterfalls, reflections, long exposures and more — all guided by an experienced tutor.

Locations We Cover

  • Windermere — Capture reflections, sunsets and star trails over England’s largest lake.
  • Buttermere — Perfect for long exposures and minimalist compositions.
  • Derwentwater — Use polarising filters to enhance colour and contrast.
  • Ullswater — Photograph waterfalls, dramatic cliffs and sweeping views.
  • Rydal Water — Explore classic compositions with leading lines and foreground interest.

We also visit lesser‑known spots depending on weather and light, plus indoor review sessions where we look at your images and discuss editing techniques in Lightroom and Photoshop.
