Join us on our tour of places that changed the face of History. During our trip we will be visiting Normandy - The D Day landing beaches, Normandy American Cemetery featured in Saving Private Ryan, Utah Beach landings Museum, Caen, Pegasus Bridge ( and a stop for the Bayeux Tapestry). Then on to the WW1 sites of Lochnagar Mine Crater, Somme 1916 Museum, Thiepval. Vimmy Memorial Park with its original WW1 trenches before returning to Dunkirk and La Coupole the V1 rocket base near Boulogne. Four days of history and Remembrance of the fallen from the 2 great wars. While there are great photo opportunities on this trip it will appeal to non photographers so all welcome.
