Terms and Conditions

A deposit of £50 is required when booking. The balance is due no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of the course.

Your booking will be confirmed in writing. We will also advise you of the remaining balance and the date due.

The price of the course includes half board and accommodation, tuition and travel to and from the locations visited.

Cancellation

In the event of you having to cancel your booking please notify us as soon as possible. If we are unable to fill your place then the following fees will be payable:

More than 56 days before the start of the course - Deposit only

55 - 28 days before the start of the course - 35 % of the total fee.

27 - 14 days before the start of the course - 65 % of the total fee

13 - 7 days before the start of the course - 85 % of the total fee

6 days - 1 day before the start of the course - 100 % of the total fee

When you book any holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you have to cancel or cut short your holiday for whatever reason, then you will be liable for any cancellation charges we may have to make. In your best interests, we strongly advise you to take out Holiday and Cancelled Booking insurance to safeguard your holiday.

We can forward a Holidayplan proposal form which we have found to offer comprehensive cover at a very reasonable cost, and which includes cancellation protection in the event that you are forced to cancel or curtail your holiday for reasons covered in the policy.

For peace of mind, simply complete the Holidayplan form, and return it with the appropriate insurance premium per person to the address given. Your holidayplan Certificate of insurance will then be sent to you immediately.

In the event of a course being cancelled by Forestside Photography we will offer an alternative course date or a full refund will be given.

If the course was purchased as a gift the certificate is valid for 12 months. Certificates are non refundable.
