Location
The course has been designed to enable you to gain technical expertise on taking landscape photographs. The number of participants is deliberately kept small (absolute maximum 6 ) so that time can be spent with each person and the course tailored to your needs. Whether you are a beginner or more experienced but wishing to brush up on your photographic skills this course will have something for you.
Equipment
You will need as a minimum a digital camera or 35 mm SLR. I have been using digital cameras for many years and have an extensive knowledge of the SLR style digital cameras. The Dorset courses all contain sessions and course notes on Photoshop which is now an essential part of the image taking process. We have laptops available and project sessions onto a large screen explain the photoshop processes. If you have your own laptop please bring it along. If you require the loan of any equipment please let me know and I can arrange this. As we will be spending a great deal of time outside you will also need waterproof clothing, comfortable walking shoes and a holdall or rucksack to carry your equipment.
The Hotel
The course will be based at Lulworth Cove. If you are travelling by car take the B3071 from Wool following the signs to Lulworth. If you are travelling by train I can arrange to collect you from Wool station free of charge. The course fee includes accommodation with en-suite facilities. There is no extra charge for single occupancy. Arrangements can be made to extend your holiday accommodation should you wish to stay and explore the area.
All travel costs incurred while on the course are included in the price.
